Classic video game ringtones for i Phones. Okay to share?

I made a load of classic ringtones in .m4r format for i Phone.
Castlevania (nes)
Castlevania III (nes & Famicom)
Goemon (nes)
Streetfighter II (snes)
just to name a few.
I would like to share these ringtones if possible (I understand gbatemp might not be the best platform for this) however i Phone ringtones are 30 seconds max. Am I right in thinking this would fall under the fair use policy of copyrighted material ?
If it's all above board where would be the best place for sharing ?

can't you just make one of these by cropping to 30 seconds an m4a and renaming the extension?

also, since the originals are copyrighted I'm not sure
