Cloned SD card doesn't boot, unknown pkg1, hos not supported etc

Hello, I cloned a full 128gb micro SD with a 29.2gb switch partition to a 256gb card using minitool, everything seems to have copied over properly but the switch doesn't boot with the 256 card and gives the error pictured:

Everything is up to date and working on the original 128gb card.
Any ideas?
or should i have coped files over & made a new emunand? Just want to avoid downloading everything again if possible

Did you clone the emuMMC partition for the new sd card?
