I resolved my problem!!

I made a new attempt: Try with other cIOS functional for some older Wii games. So, i tested with cios 249 rev19 and it's work!!

Lol, you have a patched version of the game. It was common a LOOOONNNNNNGGGG time ago to make these kind of games work.
It been patched to use cIOS 249 at any time. So it WAS the disc giving you problems.

I have the retail disc and I have zero problems playing the game with the "up to date" setups.
really you should consider updating to the latest d2x cIOS to get everything out of your softmod. REV 19 is very outdated.
