Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend to be ported to PC and mobile this fall

Last year saw the release of a collection of old-school Game Boy RPGs on the Nintendo Switch. Now, Square Enix is bringing that port to more platforms, with the announcement of Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend for Steam, Android, and iOS. It packs together the first three Final Fantasy Legend titles, with extra features like a high-speed mode, wallpapers, and a playstyle optimized for mobile phones. You'll be able to pick up Collection of SaGa when it releases digitally on the App Store and Google Play Store on September 22nd, or on Steam for PC on October 21st.

Ah yes, the "Impossible" games. (Not to be confused with the impossible game on steam) Yeah I said it, and if you beat it, you used a guide. Seems like the only fair way to beat it without losing your sanity. :ninja:

lol, so primitive. I kinda laughed at phantasy star 1, the sega ages version, because of how primitive it is. I don't think the npc's even move in towns. I bought it for the switch as well as collection of saga. still a good game, but it's kinda funny imo. :D btw, speaking of phantasy star 1, the sega ages version, they were so cheap that they didn't even fix any of the bugs that can make beating the game impossible. I think it says in the instruction manual what not to do, but that is just cheap as hell.

Always a great feature to have in a PC port, ayup.

Naah. It's not like, say, Wizardy IV or something where the way to win is to keep trying completely random crap that shouldn't work because the devs decided the rules suddenly shouldn't apply somewhere. I'm not sure a guide would even help all that much for these games.

Considering the Gameboy game already has a GBA remake?
Final Fantasy Adventure (aka Seiken Densetsu and Final Fantasy Mystic Quest to make things extra confusing) has a GBA remake. Final Fantasy Legend only has a Wonderswan remake, while the two sequels have DS versions – and they all have fan translations.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
