Hacking Confused about which version of sysUpdater to use

I'm a bit lost about which version to use in order to downgrade my N3DS 10.3E as there are many different things floating around.

1. There is the one mentioned here: http://gbatemp.net/threads/what-i-believe-is-the-best-downgrade-process-right-now.408203/

2. At the same place (certain iso site) where you get the necessary firmware files you found one called sysUpdater-0.4.2b-libkhax-SAFEMODE-priority.zip but it was now removed (I downloaded it tho)

3. On github there is another different official version https://github.com/profi200/sysUpdater/releases

About the 2nd one, I have it downloaded and compared it with the 1st one and they seem to be different. The certain site I got the 2nd one from originally doesn't have the link anymore now and just links to the github (so the 3rd one) mentioning it only works on CFW.

So overall this leaves me with 3 possible versions to choose, the last one explicitly mentioning to only work on CFW / not with *hax. But the one that works with *hax is what I need for downgrading obviously.

Should I use the first one made by julien? Is the 2nd one that is removed now bad to use? Where are the differences in those versions?

I'm sorry if this is wrong here or asked a million times but I used search function here for like 5 minutes to find answer and I didn't get anything useful.

Wait until ktm comes. It's much saver then sysUpdater!

In my o3ds , everthing went fine and (i think was lucky) i downgraded with only one try .

I used the sysupdater from that guide and it worked perfectly. So far i downgraded twice on my 3ds, and once on my bros 3ds. Now just need to downgrade a 2DS.

I followed this video tut to see how the sysupdater is suppose to look like:
