Emulation Convert .sav to .gsv for GBA

As the title suggests, is there a method to convert xxx.sav from VBA to xxx.gsv from Gameshark SP?

Can you upload or tell me where I can download a .gsv save and I'll let you know if it can it be converted.

You can get the sav files at GameFAQs and specifics details are below:

If you cannot find them, then please send me your email so I can upload the files myself. These are just .sps which can be converted with VBA and I would like these files in .gsv. I already try these .sps in the old gameshark gba and it does not work; it erased my save data. That is why I need them in .gsv so I can recovered them.
