Dave Stevens Rocketeer Creator Passes Away

Any of you who enjoyed "The Rocketeer" in the comics and in the movie, I got some sad news about it's creator.

Dave Stevens passed away at 52.

I never heard of the rocketeer.

But, RIP

The Rocketeer was one of the better comic movies, IMHO but the comic was far superior. Actually, the video game was pretty good too.

I think I have all the Rocketeer comics.

That guy could draw the sexiest women! RIP, Dave!

Nice movie, I was a little young when I watched it, and I ever remember I saw it on TV... man that was a long ago.

Never saw the comics, but did see the SNES game and do own the movie on DVD as it's just a really well done early comic adaptation in a time when other than Dick Tracy they really didn't go beyond tape releases, and typically sucked.
