Try downgrading to 3.2 (unless you bought ur wii with 4.2 on it) If want my exact set up I can tell you.

Little report for the emulator:
Roms seem to give a white screen after loading if usb device is plugged in, at least for Warioware DIY.

I was talking about r109.

Its downloaded staight from the build site.

I just tested r117 both elf and dol.
They worked:
-Launched from homebrew channel
-Loaded the game Warioware DIY
-But it was just the same as r109 only that there was an annoying sound instead of hearing the games actual sound.
-And I still couldn't see the cursor on r117 =(

So yes r117 works for me, doesn't code dump or anything but leaves me with an annoying sound for at least one game, haven't tested other games.

i'm starting to think the builds from http://fabi2800.ath.cx/desmumewii/index.php are bad. i just tried the latest official version(109) and the 117 from the build site. 117 didn't work on NSMB. i made an interesting discovery on rev109, however.

The first rom i load up after booting the wii and launching rev109 was NSMB, and it loaded right on up. i pressed home to try more games, and got all white screen even after trying NSMB again. after turning the wii off and back on and going straight back to NSMB in rev109, it loaded right on up again.

im running SM4.2u, priiloader 0.3, and cios19 ios38
i'll test this some more, as i think i may be on to something.

same here, but i loaded mine from sd (2gb microsd in sd adapter if it matters)
r117 whitescreens on everything i tested with the loud buzzing sound. the r109 from the official site didn't have the buzzing sound.

Exactly same for me, including the 2gb microsd (lol), only that r117 didn't give me a white screen. And still loaded and was able to play roms.

ok just tested some roms again the only one i could get to work was New Super Mario bros. it shows the nintendo logo on both r109 and r117 before freezing at a black screen. there is a loud buzzing sound on both versions, on r109 it's about as loud as the game's audio. on r117, its much louder.

I was thinking about the controllers and I dont know if anyone has mentioned it, but would it be worth while to support 2 wiimotes.

1 - held sideways as in the controller for NSMBwii
2 - the other held normally (wand) and used as a pen for the touch screen

just a thought, and I am sure someone may have mentioned it already.
