I've homebrewed my n2ds a little bit ago and have the spotpass demons now, but I don't know how to hex edit for the durarara characters, everytime I tried it just crashed when I opened my compendium

As in any hex editor, go to specific address and overwrite values
-Go to 2BB0 and insert (overwrite do not make the file larger) this:

So I'm trying to get the spotpass demons for my save on Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker (USA), could anyone here help? Sorry if this isn't the best thread for it, I lost my 3ds and am playing it on Citra. Below are some of the things I've done to no avail, perhaps I got something wrong.

• Was able to get the spotpass demon files itself supposedly (scanned them and they are safe) but when copy and pasted to the Extra Data/User folder for DS2RB among other locations, Citra/the game isn't able to recognize it.
• I have JK's Save Manager on Citra alongside a save with the spotpass demons but I can't get JKSM to recognize what I have on Citra. So I can't get the extra data from the save that has the spotpass demons to insert to Citra itself to see if the current files I have were incorrect.

I have the spotpass files and attempted to add them to my game with the below method but it didnt work, was there something wrong with how I went about it? (I dont have a hacked 3ds and am somewhat weary of trying it for fear of breaking my files)

First of all, you need to download the file. That .rar contains the spotpass files with all the demon packs and the fusion add-on pack. Extract those files somewhere on your pc.

Then, you have to transfer those files to your 3ds sd card. If you want to do it without your 3ds hacked then you need to place those files in a certain folder. If you have the US version of the game it's going to be in Nintendo 3DS/lots of random characters/more random characters/extdata/00000000/00001595/00000000

After that, you have to load your save file, open the menu, go to connection, then spotpass and update.

I'm currently trying this with files from Reddit (my game is USA in case that's important) but I haven't had success (with/without the extra 00000000 folder at the end). When I move the '00001595' folder, launching the game gives the prompt that I don't have extra-data (spotpass) and when I okay it, it recreates the icon file, metadata file, (empty) boss folder, and (empty) user folder.

I don't know? If you try to do it for this game, then you would not find it there (probably). Because spotpass not in save, but in system.
