Hi,
I have a switch from a friend of mine (for his son) that needs SXOS.
Few weeks ago i called him to ask him if the switch was connected to the internet, and it was.
It seemed the system already downloaded the newest 4.2 update but it din't install it.
He kept getting the message to update, then i told him to go into recovery mode and exit it.
And yeah the message was gone.

Today i got the SXOS by mai:toot:, so he dropped the switch at my home.
Checked the switch, it was on 6.0, then the damn thing kept showing a message it could not use the microsd (exfat filesystem) and told me to update to the newest FW version.
Then i searched youtube on how to update to 6.1,
i installed TegraRcmGUI_v2.4_Installer and linked the switch to the pc, but then....
i heard a few windows noises like a device got connected, disconnected, connected again...
Before loading payloads did recheck the firmware to be sure i wouldn't brick the switch.
Then checked the system software and said it was 6.2.:shit:

How on hell earth did that 6.2 update got installed?
Can someone explain:wacko:?
Is it because i connected the switch to the pc:ohnoes:?

No, it's got nothing to do with connecting to the pc. It probably auto-downloaded the update and maybe you accidentally pressed update on the prompt without even noticing it?
