It says they've fixed various gpSP crashes. I've been running it in crash prone games and it hasn't crashed yet.

I think I remember hearing that the 3DS port crashed due to some issues with the dynarec.

I haven't tested whether the latest RetroArch works any better than the last time I tried it on 3DS, so I wouldn't personally know.

Well I've been playing Yoshi's Island (a known problem title on the old versions) for three hours now and it hasn't crashed! With that tweak I mentioned above it doesn't have any tearing.

EDIT: With dynarec on.

Yes, a fix put in for the PSx-rearmed dynarec was also adapted to gPSP.

I have had problems with retroarch crashing if you load new content after a gPSP game, but exiting out every time seems to be safe. EDIT: crashes were from nightly, not seeing them in the full 1.8.5 yet.

I've had a few crashes switching games. But not a single crash while running one. Good enough for me. Lol.
