Gaming Disc won't go in the drive.

So I recently bought a second hand Phat PS3 from around 2007 with a broken discdrive. Then I bought another phat ps3 with a working discdrive, and put that one inside the first PS3. The thing is, the discs will not go in the drive, like, they physically do not fit. What did i do wrong and how do I fix this?

I don't think you can change the bd and remarry it unless you are on cfw

you might want to swap the pcb over, and check the sensor the discs use at the front are actually working, might be dirty or failed completly
