they have been taking down the "banned" images. they said nintendo complained about the images.
I really hate redbubble.com now. they are RETARDED FUCKS!!!!

this is the image that I just simply made in photoshop few years ago.

I think they made fuss about name "Nintendo" in my key words and title.

they could have removed name Nintendo instead of removing whole art work.

I am going to disable my shop on there and I do not support any companies that do censorship!!!!

NAL but AFAIK Trademark law also requires the holder to enforce it, this is why you’ll see things like “Adobe Photoshop (TM)” in the media instead of just Photoshop like a normal person.

If a company doesn’t then they risk losing it.

Redbubble is the only way I've found I can easily make merch for myself. Trademarks and copyright is stupid, but it's likely that Redbubble just gets strong-armed by Ninty to scrub anything that could potentially have their copyrighted material in it (probably no deeper than checking the title)

How many users does Redbubble have? It's not feasible to manually check every artwork by every user and customize tags/keywords/titles, so when they receive a DMCA/C&D (once a day, I imagine), they just purge everything with "Nintendo" in the description.
