I have an 1.0 and is Puyo Puyo the only way for an CFW oder Homebrew?!

RCM route now allows it too. but if you want to enter RCM without a jig then you need the game.

Right now, you need puyo to install fake news and then use it for homebrew.
But once Atmosphere is here, you will only need USB C to A and PC (RCM).

i have a 1.0 switch and was waiting for my puyo to come, but customs were so high i refused the delivery.


what i was thinking is once atmosphere is out, i can rcm it, and get the demo from jap store.
or if a backup loader comes out ill load it from there and get fake news.

honestly i wasnt going to pay 90 dollars for puyo, might get it off aliexpress used and a fake invoice to reduce the weird customs, if my therory didnt go as planned

yes homebrew is working on 1.0.0
but you need fake news first and run it through pega.
my problem is paying 60 dollars plus taxes for puyo to get fake news.
so hope there will be better solution or workaround once atmopsphere comes out

check the tutorials section, there was a moddified one for 1.0.0-2.0.0
but most stuff doesnt work

i recommend just waiting 2-3 weeks till we get atmosphere.

yea i refused it and its on its way back to play asia.
they expect me to pay 80 percent customs on a game.
stupid egyptian customs

I have said this in a few other threads. I'm not supporting piracy but getting a tx os to allow you to run ppt and then install fake news to allow you to boot Atmosphere and hopefully eventually get a cold boot hack seems worth the $30 to me

although i was hoping to get atmosphere using fusee gelee and then downloading the demo of jap eshop
same thing and does the job.

i was thinking rcm with fusee gelee then get puyo demo and install fake news.
but all this will be in the emunand correct
and i will still need fake news in the sys nand if i dont want to boot with a jig each time

no i live in egypt and i orderd it from play asia and they wanted customs of 50 dollars so i refused the shippment and thinking of ordering it off ali express and let the seller hide it with some spare parts. Customs Here Are a joke

Well tx uses a patched system nand. As i mentioned before tx > ppt > web browser > pega > fake news SHOULD work. Key word is should. Since all it does is modify the https in the news file which will not need cfw to be used since it is signed in theory should work

Its a tough call. Will ultimately depend if the nands are linked i guess

i have 2 switches i even had a crazy idea if i swap the internal storage wouldnt puyo show up or the switch wont boot.
i guess ill try it, if it worked ill update one and download puyo and swap the memory in to the old one
