GCN Dolphin Memory Card Maker download

So, there’s this so called program on Emutalk whose download link, for some reason, is completely absent. Does anyone have a download of this program so it won’t get lost forever? I need it to make Memory Card raws for each save to use them with Nintendont. Thanks.

Cant test it now, but in general I often the waybackmachine is a good place to get software from dead links.

Although I’d look for alternatives first.

Apparently the thread was supposed to have an attachment with the program, but that attachment is now gone who knows when. And I don't know what alternatives to look for.
