I'm kind of confused by what this actually is. can someone explain what this mod can accomplish to me, like besides the general restore from a brick ? How does it work

Right! Then we're doomed and this 4 wires micro USB won't work with Arduino natively

I ordered some parts since I got request for Micro USB. I'm going to try and get this working with 5 cables.
