Homebrew downgraded to 9.2.20 from 10.3 now I need oothax powesave file

Okay so I downgraded from 10.3 to 9.2.20.U old 3ds but I was using oothax that was my only entry point I didn't have any other methods some suggested browser hacks but I've been trying to install it on my 3ds and its not launching homebrew I've followed the steps on here and in Reddit finally tired of trying so I wanted to ask if anyone here on 9.2.20U old 3ds can upload a oothax powesave file thanks in advanced I'm sure it wouldn't just help me but it would help others like myself who are new to all this

I can't provide you with the save file you're looking for, but I can try to reaffirm other people's recommendations, as browserhax should work to get you in the door.

After putting the starter kit on your SD card you should visit the following web page:

http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php

Then, on your 3DS, press L+R while on the home screen to open the camera app.

for some reason browserhax still wouldn't work but someone sent me save file right back in business thank for trying to help
