Homebrew Downgrading 11.4 to 11.3... possible??

I have 11.4 firmware that came stock with my BRAND NEW n3ds. Is there any possible way to downgrade? If so, how?

The only way you can look at downgrading is by having a CFW on your system to run the files needed for it.

Either wait for a new exploit or hardmod.

Downgrading is unnecessary and pointless. To mod your 3ds in it's current state, you would either need to hardmod your 3ds, or find another 3ds with cfw already installed and do a system transfer.
