No, not the only thing. The SCFG registers are locked as well on ARM7, which prevents the console from running in full DS mode.Yes, thank you, but my question was if Slot-1 access is the only thing that is missing?

It is recommended to install TWiLight Menu++.So i've found an old acekard 2 original firmware, bootloader and kernel... what software would you suggest?
(it still works on my ds)
I mean i wanna be able to play some more up to date games, and it's current software laks some compitablity.
Worked like a dream! It is recommended to install TWiLight Menu++.
Game compatibility will be improved, along with the added ability run a limited number of DSiWare games.
There are a couple, wifiboot, dsidl, a barely functional build of ftpd, and WIP port of Universal-Updater.Why does no DSi homebrew (SPECIFICALLY DSi) never take advantage of its use of WPA security internet?
The DSi does support WPA and WPA2 security internet, despite being annoying about it. I understand all .NDS games can only utilize WEP internet, but theres a handful of DSi only games that can take advantage of WPA internet, so why can't homebrew?
Oh.There are a couple, wifiboot, dsidl, a barely functional build of ftpd, and WIP port of Universal-Updater.
The biggest problem is that dsiwifi is very unstable and doesn't work with all routers so it's been a bit of a pain to work with, which has discouraged making anything with it. Everything except wifiboot uses dsiwifi, with wifiboot using nocash's own upgrade of dswifi, but it's written in 100% assembly so no one's wanted to touch it.
The only way is to change the language setting.Dumb question but is there a way to make the date in TWiLightMenu display in Day/Month format instead of the American Month/Day format, either in-menu or out?
...yeah, I know, #JustAustralianThings and all that, but it kinda bugs me a tiny bit.
Ah, I see - unfortunate, since there's no UK/Aus English setting. Guess I'll have to deal with it.The only way is to change the language setting.
Wood R4Hi, I picked up this card r4isdhc.hk which could be a clone of Ace3DS+.
Could someone advise which kernel is compatible with it?
Thanks

I wouldn't think so, no.Can I remove the battery from my console without affecting the hack (Memory Pit)?
Definitely not. You can unplug/plug the battery as much as you want it won't affect cfw in any way..A little off topic, but not totally either^^ in the same vein, I also have to change the battery of my N3DS which is also hacked (Luma 11), same question, will this affect my hack?
If all you're going to do is replacing the R shoulder button on your DSi then you shouldn't worry about removing the battery. As in fact it's necessary to always remove the battery before opening the system and start changing components or soldering things..The real question that I actually ask myself behind these two specific questions, can the nand be without battery while I do my repairs, on DS Lite it's not complicated because everything is on an sd card and therefore hardware but with the nand system (if I understood the principle correctly ^^) part of the data is written in the memory of the console so I would like to be sure to be able to repair my consoles without risking bricking them or lose data.
You mean can you save the game when playing on an NES emulator on the DSi? I think most emulators have save states, so yea just click on save and you're good to go.. Click on load save when you want to play the game another time..Can i save dsi game like nes game in twilight menu ++
I think he means like a save state, because I remember an almost identical question asked in the twilight menu thread. @RocketRobz responded with a no iirc. You mean can you save the game when playing on an NES emulator on the DSi? Well, can't the NES emulator that comes with TWilightmenu++ use save states? I think it did, when i tried it some time ago..I think he means like a save state, because I remember an almost identical question asked in the twilight menu thread. @RocketRobz responded with a no iirc.
