Generally speaking do you have your DS volume ON or OFF?

Do you love that DS sound or do you just hate it and have to turn it off?

I always have sound on in all games on all platforms, I just can't stand playing a game without sound. It isn't the same.

I voted both though, because I could

For me with many games I usally have some music playing in the background or some other sound such as TV or movie or whatever. And the DS sound off.

Must to have sound. Something like Tetris I can tolerate without sound, but I'd rather hear the game than play silently. I mean, the sound is as much part of the experience as the graphics or gameplay, in my opinion. Though sometimes a certain part of the sound can be turned off......say like the music in Zoo Keeper, for example. Other times, the sound needs to be adjusted to make the balance of music and sound effects better. But NO SOUND? Nah, can't deal with that in most cases.

I voted "ON".

I'd have the sound on, generally because if it's off it'd be an impediment to the gameplay. If, however, if it's a game like N+ that doesn't require sound and requires a lot more concentration, then I'd be ready and willing to mute the whole thing.
