I don't understand what you mean exactly, but this is a cartridge that transforms your DS into a Download Station. When launched, other DS's can download a piece of software from it. After that you can simply choose which demo you want to play.

Personally, I'm glad these keep coming

Like the other dumped Download Station ROMs it should work perfectly with most flashcarts.

No, it should work with a flash card to, at least it did with previous versions.

I used to have trouble getting these to work with a DSTT, but I haven't tried with my DSonei yet...

I was always under the impression that a download station was just a ds with one of these carts in.

It is, which means rather than extracting, you can just use a second DS and use the Download Station as you normally would at a shop, if you have a second DS to use.

Of course that's the hard way. It's just more fun to extract the demos and videos and stuff from the DS cart and play them directly on a flashcart.
