You can run old homebrew from the SD Card, as nds-bootstrap (included with hbmenu) will patch the DLDI and arm7 on the homebrew to read from SD Card, but the compatibility isn't 100%. Some homebrew such as MegaETk works just fine.

Get the latest version of each. Careful, because the latest version of nds-hb-menu-ntr is second in the list, not first.
Moonshell 2 isn't working, I'm guessing because of integrity checks on the binaries which are patched by nds-bootstrap, but older versions work for playing music. DPG support is broken though.

Without CFW, it is impossible to run it on a DSi.

I think they meant the Sega Saturn, which I've been waiting to happen for a VERY long time now. Most Dreamcasts could play burned discs out of the box. Only the later models couldn't, similar to the later models of the PS2 being unable to use FMCB.

I can access from the .cia but if I run .nds in my flashcard (acekard2i) only I have both white screens.
