My dud was shipped from the US.
Was it actually? All the US shipping options I saw had longer shipping times than the China ones. Made me think they were still shipping from China, but using a broker of some sort once they got to the US.

all 10 of my cards are from Inside AU for shipping with 4 failsI would assume since they just literally shipped it as is inside an SD card case, no packing, shipping probably can cause additional damage, wonder if carts shipped from USA or uk have the same fail rates

Hard to say. It took about a week and a half to arrive and the shipping partner was labelled "INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE" and was first scanned by USPS in Illinois. Didn't take as long to arrive as things I order from China so I would imagine there was some stock stateside before I ordered, but it did take some time from the initial notice in tracking to getting into the hands of the USPS.Was it actually? I did notice it was difficult to insert in my DSi. I have been gently encouraging it to go in smoothly.Note the dsone somehow screwed the eject mech on my cart slot, in short I have replace the cartridge slot, atleast it's easy on a n3ds, cartridges don't lock in anymore
That's what they do when you order from china
Hmm, the ones I have have no problem going in.I did notice it was difficult to insert in my DSi. I have been gently encouraging it to go in smoothly.
I ordered mine from eBay from a seller listing it as UK Stock. It was quickly set to dispatched but took about 10 days to arrive. I suspect it wasn't really UK stock. Mine is working.
This DSi is no virgin, it's had all kinds of things pushed inside it. Some slide in easy others feel like they fit but aren't going in smoothly. This DSONE if definitely a not smooth one.Hmm, the ones I have have no problem going in.
Welp, guess they just hate me.My refund for the 2 faulty ones in the latest order was approved white showing video of all 4 cards using the built in test.
@boots_n_cats the offer to get my 4 faulty cards is still on the table, if you want them, just PM me the address, I will pay for shipping

What sets this flash cart apart from the other cloned cards that are readily available on aliexpress? ace3ds and the two r4i clones? I've been reading about failed cards here, pretty hesitant to try it out, though I don't really need another basic flash cart.
off subject, would be neat if they cloned supercard dstwo. still would cost more though.
This is a clone of the Supercard DS One SDHC, not the DS ONEi or the mini. You can find the files here (see the attached screenshot) : http://eng.supercard.sc/manual/dsone/evolution/download.htmI see three sets of files on the SuperCard site. Since this supports SDHC is this a clone of the "mini" or standard dsonei?
yeah most carts bypass the menuOK, this is my first flashcart ever. I have a DS Lite, and I was attracted by the combination of mostly good comments here and low price there. I have been using it for a few days now, and after seeing the upper comment, I am happy to realize I downloaded the correct files for it, right away. :-D
How it works for me? Kinda OK, I guess... but not perfect. First I added a few random games to it, just to test it out. All seemed to work fine, including the in-game menus, saving, anything I tested, really. So far so good. Then I tried to add some homebrew, namely some function testing tools (DiagnoSe and checkNDS) and the GameBoy emulator Gameyob, along with some GB games. All three work fine (as well as all the emulated games so far, I love that emulator!), but then I was surprised that I can't call in-game menus in these home-brew apps -- is it normal? And after that, I have noticed that sometimes when I try to open in-game menus in a native game, the system crashes, but not always, and not even always with the same game... But most of the time it seems to work fine, though.
Another thing I find strange is that the cart loads immediately after I start the DS Lite, in spite of my setting in the DS firmware to start carts manually form the DS home screen. Is that normal with these carts?

I see some weird game issues like graphic glitches, stuttering... but twilightmenu/ndsbootstrap runs them just fine.
Do I need to adjust the sdcard speed in the settings?
