Card is NTFS, and is plugged into a micro sd adapter if that's important.
FIXED: Reformat to MBR

It's dependent on what you're running. Homebrew compiled with devkitPPC from before SDHC was added is only going to work with SD.

What are you running? The system menu doesn't throw DSI exception screens AFAIK.

It's the homebrew channel. 4.3U
HBC doesn't show any apps, so I press 1 to change it to internal SD card slot annnnnnnnd DSI exception.

That sounds like it's just not compatible with libOGC (or maybe it's not MBR/FAT32? HBC and a lot of homebrew doesn't support GPT.)
