currently i had the time to experiment the two games in similar. today i am trying out black ace if it works with a little fonts and chapters moving. if the results are a Success and i can access all japanese stuff. then i will continue doing so

note to self: this is gonna take ages. already a freeze =/

Are you hex editing them directly? I tried hex edit Ryuusei no Rockman3, but I can't find the japanese words that I can translate, I think the game is compressed (maybe). Are you going to change the characters names to japanese names?

nah. i was using 2 games

only, there are multi-ple factors which are a result of freeze if you ask me
take a instance. the secret sattelite server, its pretty handy and that. but japanese exclusive, which i kinda think thats lame for overseas players
i already gave up on my results as i realized i completed the overseas game already
