Hacking FBI not launching from homebrew launcher

Hi. So I've been working through updating my N3DSXL from Luma 6.6 and A9LH to the latest B9S version. I am currently struggling to launch FBI from the list of homebrew in the homebrew launcher. The icon for FBI is there, and the menu functions properly, but when the app itself is launched, it loads a black screen, and then returns to the homebrew launcher menu. Not sure what to do.

Redownload its (fbi) .3dsx file and try again.

I tried this, and it still will not launch and returns me back to the homebrew menu

Any 3ds homebrew app hasa cia & 3dsx versions. Try with universal updater for example (3dsx file), if it launches install fbi from there.
