Tried searching but couldn't find any previous posts about getting fiddler proxy to show a web browser when trying to connect to wifi on 3.0.0
The main issue is that it seems nintendo changed the URL that the switch uses to test internet connection.
Namely, it changed from http://conntest.nintendowifi.net/ to http://ctest.cdn.nintendo.net/
Created a ruleset for Fiddler that includes update and telemetry blocking as well as fixing the browser.
If someone already posted about this just let me know and I'll get this thread deleted, I just couldn't find anything about it.
Edit: found that someone mentioned it in a reply to another post, but no official thread to announce it so I'll leave this up for now.
