It looks like the jumper wires you attempted to install don't have any shielding. That's gonna cause a short if it hasn't already so you could now be dealing with other dead components as a result. And I don't mean any offense here but you should really take it to someone that has some better soldering skills, it's a valiant attempt but very much a mess.

It is give read in multimater bro. The line 5 i soldering it in other way coz i try to make it away from line 4. It is not short i think.

It just looks like regular enameled copper wire, honestly.
