Hacking ¿Flashcart or flashcard?

For the DS accessory we say Flashcart or flashcard

I had saw people saying it with the two forms so which one is the correct?

Flashcarts, because they are really "Flash Cartridges".

Back in the days of GBC and GBA, they were just re-writable cartridges you could load ROMs on.
Now they are much more, but the name stuck.

Flashcard: Some people also refer to actual games as "game cards".

Flash Cart: Flash Cartridge
Flash Card: SD / MicroSD / MemoryStick / CF / etc...

Typically, you put a flash card in a flash cart to get it to work
