Hardware Force external framebuffer to 640x480 for wii games.

So this is already possible with GC games via Nintendont which allows you to change the resolution width anywhere between 640-720, and it works like a charm...

My Wii games in 4:3 are displaying slightly too wide (720x480) for my monitor using the m-Cable and my monitor does not have a way to shrink it manually.

I wish I had more programming knowledge so I could just make my own little script to force the external framebuffer to 640x480 instead of 720x480. If anyone knows how to do this or maybe there is an existing way I don't know about I would really appreciate it...
