Hardware Friends list freezes on unlinked emunand

so my problem is that my emunand unlinked when i did a system transfer on it and it was all good other than the fact that i can't check my activity log and my friends list is freezing every single time.
i read that running mii maker fixes it for some and other letting it sit for a while but nada and i really don;t want to format my emunand because i don't want to loose my purchases. is there any way to fix it like downloading friends list cia off of Nusdownloader?
