Hacking Game downloaders on a Mac?

I can get JNUSToolMOD running under Java, but it's flakey at best. Any other downloaders work ok on Mac?

What you can do is get NUSGrabber (Original!) and download WINE for Mac since it can run exe.

As he said. It is python so it will run fine on MAC.
