game froze and now i have a 3ds with only a grey screen

hey guys

i downloaded homebrew and hshop yesterday. everything was working great until i pressed the home screen mid game and the game froze. i turned off the 3ds xl and tried to turn it on again, but i only get a grey/black screen. i can access rosalina (or whatever its called) but idk what else to do. please help i

Sorry for the late reply, but did you press the home screen button mid-download off of hshop? If so, that is known to cause problems. Also, did you mod your 3ds via 3ds.hacks.guide? Is it a new 3ds? Old 3ds?
