Gaming GAME sending out Mario Kart Wii pre-orders today

GAME.co.uk has started dispatching Mario Kart Wii pre-orders already ... many people have received dispatch emails today.

It would be better news, if there was a post on sunday in uk. Earliest these could be recieved is tuesday/more likely wednesday.

Businesses can get bulk collection arranged for Sundays ... however, even next day postage would take 'til Tuesday, as the bulk collection items would not go into distribution 'til Monday.


Though, saying that, I ordered something, a few months ago, on a Sunday afternoon, and I paid for next day delivery, and somehow it actually arrived the next day, on the Monday ... and that was Royal Mail Parcel Force.

Back on topic : more people keep appearing, saying they have received their emails from GAME.

i'm guessing it won't be dumped by thursday or friday as the scene is very slow anyway, and it will be another few hours before it appears on usenet too, i would be very surprised if it was dumped very early.

Many PAL Wii releases have dumped early, in recent weeks ... I believe the only reason this hasn't been dumped yet ... and there are people who already have it ... I am not one of them, sadly ... is one of security.

GAME's security over their copies has been tighter than normal, plus, some people get all scared about being busted, if they release a major title too early.

I reckon it will be dumped in a week or so as no-one has actually recieved their copy yet.

I would like to say {Game isn't the only store in the UK} expect a release lunch time tomorrow.

If you pre-ordered from GAME ... or most online sellers in the UK ... after the 4th April, they cannot guarantee you will get it for launch day.

Not the only decent game out this week ... it's the US release of Baroque, tomorrow, also ... I love rogue-likes ... it was only last week that I finished Chocobo's Dungeon on the Wii.
