My reply was meant as a follow up to the information stated in the OP that was quoted by him. His question was based on the assumption that you need to have sysNAND and emuNAND linked for the eShop access to work after the downgrade as it is stated in the OP, but this clearly isn't the case, so he shouldn't have to worry about that. How is that an answer to the question? If I understood you right you did have emunand before the downgrade, so of course it would work then on 4.5 with 9.4 emunand.
But he asked what if you didn't have emunand before you downgraded?

stay on topic please, this thread is for downgrading info =]
But do you need to have had EmuNAND before downgrading or can you get it on 4.5 now and should have no issues?
I just restored my old 9.2 sysNAND again, so I can try to downgrade and then create a new emuNAND to see what happens with the eShop access.
Will my eshop Pokemon AS save corrupt if I downgrade? As its not an retail Card game.
And The problem its only related to pokemon? Or other Games like fantásy Life and Smash Bros too?
Shoot, looks like it corrupted Smash too.
However, even after the 3.1.0 Gateway update it looks like I'm getting an SPI Test Fail, so it could be my own physical card giving me issues.
Well, this sucks.
Very well said. You hear the Sky3DS users crying now?
Really really stupid question: Once the Gateway "Downgrade Console" thing finishes and sends me back to the menu, I just reboot the 3DS with the power button, correct?
Why would they be crying? Their cart still works with all games released thus far.
The only crying I hear is from Gateway users bricking their systems and corrupting their game saves. No Sky3DS users, yet.
