Homebrew gbaemu4ds: GBA emulator for DS(i) (DSi Entry)

Is the graphic better if you use the sc Version and the upper screen on a 3DS

  • I can't do that (have no 3DS) (have not tested that)

Do the TINY, TINY TINY Classic NES Series ROM's work in DS-Mode? Or do they give errors like on most/all emulators?
GAME PAK ERROR
TURN THE POWER OFF.

Tested in DSi mode as this dump is a 4MB size.

1. Kinda expected that.
2. Trimmed, aren't these best measured in KB?

I doubt gbaemu r5 slot2 feature supports EZ3in1+ and M3Ext?
I think this feature is useless because if you own an EZ3in1+ or a M3ext, you don't need to use them with this GBA emulator.
Better run them in GBA mode instead.

anyway,
stat() in dirfolder() has to be absolute path (including drive such as fat:/) or proper chdir() is required.
It seems stat() is failing.

gbaemu is saying my slot2 is G6 or EZ.
It isn't strange at all as my slot2 is M3Ext:
If slot2 is unlocked, 0x08000000 is writable, so it is recognized as EZ because EZ check is at first.
If slot2 is locked, M3Ext seems to behave as G6 after cart initialization, so it is recognized as G6.

I don't know why you would want to buy a flashcart to use this emulator...it would be in DS mode...with all 2 fps.

That and it can only run roms up to 2MB.

What I'm wondering is, when the DSi ware title transfer is live will Sudokuhaxx work with the 3DS?
im assuming its going to be one of those titles it wont allow to be transfered.
Did you just completely ignore Rydian's post?

Basically, the DSiWare transfer tool tallies the TitleID's of all of the DSiWare installed on your DSi, then generates a download script which is run on the 3DS.
Therefore, the DSi and 3DS aren't actually transferring the DSiWare, so Sudokuhax won't work.

3 minutes in between posts.. that can happen easily, if someone uses multiple tabs and pics interesting topics (and even replies in them). Happens to the best of us

Also interested in how the development is going on. Any new discoveries made, ichifly?
