Double-congratulations on finding both a meaningless and meaningful thing to say.
I have awoken. Roster has been updated once again.
Dilemma time: given we're close to the deadline and we still have 14 spaces left, I'll likely uncap the nominations so that we can fill it up quickly. I may wait a bit longer before I do that however to still let new people in... though that would mean I'd have to delay the round by a day or two.
I also still need more district names, so again, if you can think of any, just throw them out there and I'll consider adding them.
Anyway, here be meme.

@James_ District 2 should be named the "anti-Sylveon" group 
As for the empty roster entries, is cutting it down to 8 districts not an option? Only 2 users needed if it could be done.. I say stick to schedule and switch to 8 districts (if that's an option).
Of course we can start tagging random people that don't want to be involved in this just to fill up the roster, but where's the fun in that?
