GiveMiiYouTube (the YouTube revival for Wii U), I think, no longer works?

I havent used the YouTube app on my Wii U since almost 5 years back and now i might be too late to try out the revival because i all get when i open the app that uses GiveMiiYouTube is the error code 102-2882 which is the "sorry, this service is no longer available on this platform" message on there.
What has gotten into this now?
I have Aroma on there too if you ask me on that part as well.

The fundamental problem with those YouTube apps (there's a similar thing for Vita) is YouTube regularly changes the way it works. If the app doesn't keep up, that's that.
