GodMode 9 Question about Backup Game

I have a problem, I tried to make a backup of a game with GodMode9, but it failed because the power went out, but it still consumed my microsd memory space, and I don't notice any file created

You should check /gm9/out/ folder.

If you really can't find the file, then running chkdsk (or otherwise "scanning the volume for errors") on a PC should fix it.
