Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

i have a question

i have 2 O3DS the first one get banned because went online before release

now is it save to play pokemon with save data from Banned 3DS but play it from my unbanned 3DS and go online?

dont ask why i not have unbann my 3DS yet because i still wait until 15 days to know is perma ban or tempo ban

There wouldn't be any problem, well, until now nobody has reported being banned for using the same save from when they got banned, but if you want to be extra safe, import the save on PkHex and edit the trainer ID.

You can not foresee the future... each time you go online Nintendo knows which titles you have installed on your console... including homebrews. It's not hard for them to detect modded 3DSs and ban them forever. So far they let it go... but after recent Pokemon leaks who knows...

I used to have 022 only, today i recieved the 002 as well... i dont think this is over just yet...
It was possible for me to use mystery gift today, but a few hours later i was 002 banned.

Is the first leaked moon cia technically 'safe' now? Or should one get a different one anyways?

Edit : eur region and console, just for reference, i know i have a us flag here, that might be misleading

Leaked CIA is an US one. So if you used it on an EUR console and connected online, it might explain it.

It also depend of you connected online before the 23.

We can't give roms links on gbatemp but it's pretty easy to find. No, you "shouldn't" get banned for playing it.

PKHex is partially updated. You can edit some pokemons but it still have bugs (avoid to save inside a house before modifying the save for example) and the legality checker is not fully working properly (some pokemon breeded in the game are detected as invalid).

But if you want to change the money value, add all the TM, change some pokemon IV/talents and such, it should work.

You are wrong..... G6 and above Pokemon game rom are basically the same for all region.
