I like dating sims they're fun sometimes (granted, most of them are sad to an extent, but some of them are really funny), some of my girlfriends also used to play some dating sims, but their kind was those otome ones or something... with all the guys and stuff... z.z

For some Japanese... I'd assume so (well, some guy even married a game character), but for normal people, it's just a game, like reading a book or watching a movie... If people actually show any feelings for a virtual character... That person is just messed up in so many ways. D=
