Hardware Having problem after Update

I recently bought a xbox one second hand its the original model. It keeps getting stuck when turned on at the applying update screen it will stay at 58% for awhile then go to the E100 screen. I downloaded the update for the usb and it still does the same the system turns off and back on when it goes form verifying update to applying update. Is there anything I can try to make this work.
