---------------------------------
-Healthii 1.1 Tutorial (NTSC ONLY) by Lithium210
-Tutorial Version 1.1
---------------------------------

Tools Needed:

Healthii 1.1 (link below)
HomeBrew Channel (http://hbc.hackmii.com/)(google for install help)
NTSC-U SemiBrick Fix ISO (link below)
WiiScrubber 1.31 (you can download this searching in gbatemp)
*Softmii Installer (aka Tweak Toy) -Needed if Healthii wont install .health correctly. (http://softmii.org/)(Its part of the softmii 2.0 package)

---------------------------------Remember NTSC ONLY! Sorry PAL users!

(1)Download Healthii 1.1 (http://freefile.kristopherw.us/uploads/icefire/healthii_1.1.zip), extract and run setup_healthii_1.1.exe. Also copy the "apps" over to your SD card. NOTE!- The DOL file is named "Healthinstaller.dol" when it should be "boot.dol" make sure you fix this before copying to your SD!!

(2)Before running Healthii, you're going to need a "SystemMenu WAD". Go to:

http://www.console-scene.info/

Register there and download "NTSC-U SemiBrick Fix" or after you register, just go to the next link:

http://www.console-scene.info/downloads.ph...file&id=133

(3) After downloading the semibrick fix, extract it and open the ISO with wiiscrubber. Extract the systemmenu-v289.wad by select the + under "Partition 1 - UPDATE" then the + under "_sys" then right click it and extract. Filesize should be 20.9MB.

(4) Now you need to find the right "Health Screen" and "Press A" images of your choice. The file can either be a jpg, bmp or png. Healthii will convert it to jpg and correct file sizes. Here are the file sizes you should be using:

Healthscreen: 608x456
Press A: 608x88

You can use any 4:3 wallpaper (640x480, 1024x768, etc) for Healthscreen image without getting distortion; healthii will resize it accordingly. (Credit goes to bg4m3r)

(5) Run Healthii, browse and find the systemmenu-v289.wad you extracted. Then under "Healthscreen" and "Press A", do the same and browse for the images you want to use. (I left "Press A" blank as I didnt want to change it) Now click on "Create Health Warning!" and a white screen will pop up with Healthii. Leave it alone! Dont do anything else and wait until its done and you get another window asking you to save the file.

(6) Save the file anywhere you'd like and it doesnt provide an extention for it. So after you save it, make sure you rename it to "filename.health"

(7) Create a Healthii folder in the root of your SD card, copy the .health file in there.

(8) Run Healthii Installer in HBC, choose your .health by pressing A and let it install.

(9) Enjoy your new health screen intro!!

Troubleshooting!!

(1) If the .health doesnt install properly with Healthii Installer. There is another way to install your health screen. Rename the ".health" to "00000042.appFILENAME" where FILENAME is of course any name you want it to be. Copy it into the softmii folder (you should have this if you copied the contents of the softmii 2.0 package). Run Softmii App Installer aka Tweak Toy and locate your .app and install by pressing A.

Good Luck and enjoy your new Health Screen intro!!

Not saying you did anything wrong... good job on the guide...
Just pointing you to the discs original source and the fact that the disc's in another form with the files needed can be found here as well.... Also I personally did not realize the links got all updated and are now being hosted on console-scene...

halp

When run Healthii 1.1, it does it's thing, but there's one thing at start it doesn't do automatically. I first fixed the Runtime 9 error by installing .NET 3. So it works, but it asks me to choose a tpl file. It didn't do it automatically but after I chose the only tpl file in the menu, it did the rest. Is this common?

Another tip i should add.. I did this on windows xp w/ service pack 3. I made sure i did EVERY windows update including .net 1.0-3.0 and its service packs. After doing that, i never had an issue with any kind of utility. As for japanese ntsc, i have no idea if this would work on it.
