Help me! I can't boot rxTools with reboot.ms/3ds It says "Communication Error" every time.

Why not initiate ur browser and try again?Or,maybe it's really about ur network.Why not try hotspot from ur mobilephone?

Maybe he's tryna use the Plaisysupdater in the devmode.Rx is such a good thing to do these hacking.
