Hacking Hardware Black screens when turn on

Hey guys, i wanted to delete some of the games from my 3DS xl, but i must have deleted a wrong file because now the console will not boot, it just stays on both black screens, they light up but stay black. But it will boot up in godmode

How can i recovery from this?
Restore sysnand? Reinstall CFW?

Please help me! Thank you ao much folks
