Hacking [Help request] How to fix keyboard changed on 9.5.0E or csv request for EUR

I have 9.1.0J N3DS with region changed emunand by this guide. https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-change-emunand-region.392099/ . After this, i have deleted all JAP titles referring titles list on 3dbrew, formatted emunand and still can't access keyboard. Can anyone please share the .csv file for this firmware or maybe help with solving this problem any other way? Thanks in advance.

Ok, i guess i have to answer it myself. First of all, due to 3DSNUS or UpdateCDN methods of getting all titles are not working anymore, the only way is to get title packs on 'that iso site'. For 9.5.0E there two packs — for N3DS, with size around 150 mb and for O3DS, size around 200 mb. The problem is that pack for N3DS does not contain all the titles, and you have collect and install missed titles from O3DS pack, but don't mix up them with different titles for same functions on old and new 3ds. Pay particular attention for this titles with unknown functions. I hope this helps anybody with the same issue.
