Is there I straight froward guide to change the theme of my wii Ntsc 4.0u?
Ive Semi bricked my Wii about 4 times already and Im getting seriously frustrated.
Not even my best friend google was able to help me.
Where can i DL Softmii tweak toy?
what 000000000xx.app file do i need?
I have a theme that i downloaded called darkmii.mym
How do i install it?

That's like saying choose bricking site "A" or bricking site "B".

For menu v.4.0u you need 0000072.app.

Any way we can get a more concrete link for a guide on theming a wii?

softmii.org appears to have gone down and the site that has taken its place doens't seem to have anything worthwhile on the subject.

I'm still looking around on wadder.net, but a direct link would help a lot.

Just want a guide on putting a theme on your wii.. something like step1, download xxx. Step2, rename xxx.dol to xxx.boot and place in apps folder on sd. step 3, backup theme, step4, download a theme from blah, step5, use xxx to install theme..

OK. Can I post the Softmii Tweaks for Homebrew channel? I still don't get what can and can't be posted.

And for 4.0u you need the 00000072.app file ripped from your Wii, and you have to rename the outputted .csm from your theme renamed to that.
