Hacking HELP! Unsure if 360 can be rghed

I got a Corona I got in I think 2012
I want to rgh it but my dashboard is on something like 17xxx and I've heard to rgh you need at least a 14xxx
Am I screwed and can't homebrew my 360? Or is there hope?
