ROM Hack Help with pokemon s/m hacking

I can't figure out what to do next. I got the exefs and romfs folder of pokemon moon, but I don't know how to do stuff to it. I wanted to edit the hairstyles and/or the clothes textures for the female player. If anyone could help, it would be great.
