Hacking (HEN) When i boot up my ps3 removes history and cfw syscalls

SO I have had a HEN ps3 for a while now and for some reason whenever I boot my Ps3 up it automatically gives me a message saying deleted history and disabled syscals and I get that its to stop you from getting banned but here is the issue,
When I go to re enable the syscalls in webman in the PS3MAPI section it gives me a error when i click enable

syscall0(0) => 0x80010003

if anyone knows how to fix it thank you
